MISSIONS
Summerfield Mission House
The FBC Summerfield maintains a house for use by Southern Baptist missionaries who are on furlough or in need of temporary housing in Central Florida. The house is located on the church campus. The church campus is located about an hour and a half from Orlando and about one hour from Gainesville. Call the church for more information.
Missions is in the DNA of First Baptist Church. Our members and regular attenders have deep connections to missionaries who have grown up in and been sent out by our church for over 110 years. One of the highlights in our church is our missions giving through the Cooperative Program, which supports SBC missionaries through our Association, the North American Missions Board, and the International Missions Board.
